I do like the tall bud vase, though, that's nice of them. And I like how you handled the reflections on the defective mini-jukebox. (As much of as door mat as I can be, I think I would have asked that they reimburse my lost coins, but then as you can tell from my car story, lack-of-consideration on the part of others pushes my buttons.)
